poor service

My daughter's iphone was stolen and this is the help I received from telus:
They suspeneded my wife's phone account instead of my daughter's.
I was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting to talk to the "Loyalty" department hoping that they could give me a break on the price of a new iphone. I hoped that after being a loyal customer for more than 9 years and presently having three 3 year telephone contracts with them that I might get some kind of break in the purchase of a new iphone. I got nothing. I guess 9 years of loyalty is not enough to warrent any form of compensation/help. I would have to pay the full price for a new iphone if I wished to buy one through them. Which of course I will not. I can't believe that this is how they run their company.

My biggest regret is locking myself in for 3 years with this company. I definitely will not be a customer after that!
